Sendy is just an Bulk email software script...Actually they use Amazon SES service which is FREE. 10000 Emails per day FREE for 1 year...I am not kidding..I am using it if you don't belive..Just send me a pm of your email and will send you...
You can even use sendblaster, ultra mailer etc...why you need sendy?

because in amazon ses you have to register give your account details and it is free only for one year.

What do you mean? in sendy you can use for unlimited time? or sendy provides different server details?.
