Once you provide the keywords, what is the next process?
1. Buy EMD? Can other/existing domains can be used?
2. How about content? The content needs to be rich in order to Adsense served ads with high CPC ? If yes, how and where to get the content that's suitable for the keywords?
3. Can this be used with the $0.01 Adwords technique (another method in a different thread in BBHF)? If we can trick Adwords to serve $0.01 CPC, similar ads with lower CPC might get displayed in our website as well right?
4. How to drive traffic to this site/EMD?

2. Use secondary keywords to write rich content, which google likes.You can scrape and spin/rewrite or write on your own if you grip on the topic or out source. Maintain 500 to 750 words per article. 750 to 1250 words with images is best.
3 Split test has to be done with this method. Test with Low/High CPC.
4. Any one paid/free depends on the budget you afford.
