Yes you can take just single keyword also.
Taking Item 8 from single-10 Keyword list as example.
CPC: $29.02
Search Volume = 9,900
Monthly estimated income will be = (CPC x Volume)/ 100 means taking 1% only
here ==> (29.02 x 9900)/100 = $ 2872.98
Just calculating 1% only of the traffic to the main keyword... And income from secondary keywords Traffic will be extra..
