Do not purchase any OptimizePress licenses or really anything for that matter from BBHFMarketer. He is a crook!
He got in trouble with OptimizePress for selling licenses he shouldn't have sold and now is selling off invalid licenses. He has also been reported to the admin of this forum.

This IS the Best Black Hat Forum, not straight up by the book nerds united. Right? Do you even know what a GB means? You do realize, right, that when you buy in to a GB that someone else is buying the product and sub-selling individual licenses? That is the whole premise, so you don't have any right to claim that he was selling licenses he didn't have the right to sell. You might be on the wrong forum.
It sounds to me like BBHFMarketer got screwed as well. If someone reports a group buy and the vendor doesn't approve of it and cancels all licenses, then the buyer and everyone in the GB suffers. Besides, he is offering you products worth every penny of your $10.
It's seems obvious that ANYONE who participates in a GB ought to know that you don't go to the product vendor, and doing so hurts everyone involved.
And the person who went to OptimizePress about it ought to have their pecans roasted!

Looks like a spy jumped on the GB and reported it. That is the risk you take with a group buy. READ the GB rules (which you obviously didn't) in the sticky at the top of the GB forum sections.
He replied to you and explained the situation, PLUS he offered you compensation in the form of additional scripts for the hassle you had and yet you still start this thread. And all that over 10 dollars including contacting an admin over this nonsense? READ THE GB RULES
My advice to you is to not participate in ANY group buys in the future.

The point was that the member was selling licenses, but NEVER DELIVERED the product because someone reported him, according to his PMs at least. It wasn't even a group buy, as he was selling an unlimited amount of licenses, it wasn't a group buy post, and there were no "slots" to be filled. Here is the post from him:

It wasn't a group buy post and if your purchasing a product or service from someone, you expect to receive that product or service, not to be offered something completely different! I don't purchase a computer and then told later that it's not in stock, but offered to be compensated with audio equipment. If it was a group buy, that would be have been different, but it's not. This has nothing to do with the $10 lost, but the principle behind the matter, which is fucked up.
Whose to stop me from starting to post a few license opportunities regarding a few high end applications needed on this forum, then not delivering the product, and telling all my clients that I got busted, everything is invalid, and keeping all the money for myself? If that's the case and these forums are not policed like that, then shit.....I found myself a great shady business model! LOL

Yes this is a simple situation, and the 5 persons who bought my license, they understand my situation. How about you? Listen, My optimizepress Account suspended= I bought it with my own money and never refunded with optimizepress. Your License from OP2 that bought from me got suspended. Why should I refund you? Did OP2 refunded me? NOT! Why asked for a refund? Its unfair because I lost everything but you only lost $10 and I lost $400+. You completely don’t understand, all the licenses I’m selling are all legit it seems that one of you reported me so my OP2 account banned, that’s why your license you used now is not functioning.
Giving a $10 refund is very cheap to me, its just that my OP2 Account suspended which is not my fault because someone reported me. If its my fault, a refund will be given ASAP but its not my fault. If I joined in BBHF since 2011 I’m sure I have more 5+ reputation + more contribution here. That’s the first thing you need to do before blackmailing people. BBHF helped you a lot but you haven’t returned what you gain.

I am sure that there are many others, but not sure if their raising a stink over it. Like I said....$10 is nothing, but it was the fact that this guy had the audacity to A) try and blame me for the OptimizePress ban he received B) he thought it was completely OK to take the $10 when I never received anything from him C) and tried to compensate me with other programs that were not related to OP that are widely shared on BBHF.

guys it's simple actually... if it's a group buy and reported then there is no refund since no company will refund for gb...
if it's a service then he must refund.

well 10$ is ALOT if it's you last 10$ for this month and you need something to set up your biz.....
but when you buy something that cost 400$+ that means that you have the ability to spend more, plus if you sell it you make some money back.....
the grafxx claims that he bought something from you and you never deliver and then you provide some bonus gifts for the trouble (well what happens if he just want the thing that he bought and nothing more?)
but you claim that he get the item he activated and after a day or 2 suddenly it stops working! well if that happens then there is absolutely no refund since he get the product but for some reason it stops working after a while, but if he couldn't activate the product in the first place then you should refund him.....
