Did you check to assure you do not have any spaces in either place when you pasted it in?
Many times when you copy and paste an e-mail address it will add a space at the end of the e-mail address and then the software does not recognize it as valid.
The e-mail address and Key work just fine if they are correctly entered...

Test email worked BUT, I cannot find that setting anywhere in software??? it is already unticked/disabled
