I installed it, but it probably conflict with wp-optin plugin, which i use to have a squeeze page without header and sidebar, when i deactivate wp-optin, optinlinks works (but i have the header and menu at the top). when i activate wp-optin, the opt-in box of optinlinks doesn't show up.

How did you manage to have a squeeze page without header and sidebar?

I found the answer:

Just add the following code through text editor:

<style>header, footer {display: none !important;}</style>

Works like charm!
