These people always say "anyone can do this", but you need to be experienced in all aspects of this already or it just won't work.
He says he doesn't use anything that a complete newbie doesn't have... complete BS. Knowledge is all it takes (and $500)
I was Forum posting to get leads. I had NO Squeeze page, NO autoresponder, No website, No nothing.
I had a PayPal account and that's it. I posted a thread launching my teleseminar. I did my first one Free. I used a free teleseminar service. At the end of the first teleseminar I told my prospects that I was going to continue doing a series of teleseminars but they had to pay.
I said "if interested, please send me an email and I will send you a PP invoice." Out of 300 people who attended my Free teleseminar 170 paid me $97.00 via PP.
At that point I got an Aweber account and had people opt in. I continued with a few more teleseminars with PDF handouts and it was a smashing success.
I made almost $17,000.00
Total time invested: Maybe 12 hours
Of course I would never do it that way again. At the time I thought it was going to be a one-shot deal.
Little did I realize that a year later I would launch a product done properly and made $200,000.00 with upsells in less than 30 days.
It's really not as hard as people "think" it is.
Was it stressful at first, and was I nervous? Hell yes.
I never got ONE refund request.
Today you can use something like LeadPages, Mailchimp (I think free) and a PayPal account.
You can use one of many free teleseminar services or free conference calling services to deliver your product.
My Total cost for my 1st product launch was ZERO dollars.
The only fees I had were the PayPal fees for collecting funds.
I guarantee that if someone in "this" forum who has some great skills (FB ads, PPC, SEO, etc) wanted to do a product launch that many members here would easily pay up to $97.00 for the advice.
If you have a $1,000 to invest it makes the whole process so much easier.
But yes, it can be done.
