Here are two cheap (one is $7 and the other free)and easy ways that I am using on my site that should work for you as well. Here's the backlinking solution that I use. I found this by googleing backlinking and this one was reviewed in the warrior forum so I checked it out and I like it.

It's super simple and they deliver. You can create 25 Unique, DoFollow Backlinks a day which will than be drip fed to your site ( you don't want to bomb your site with backlinks all at once )

You can even build links to your existing backlinks ( that's 2 tier backling for more juice! ) This is a very easy solution for building backlinks especially if you're a newbie....this is "kiss simple" and you WILL get backlinks. Yes it is an affiliate link. They charge a one time fee of $7 to cover their server cost which I think is more than fair considering. ( although at one point I think it was free ) If you don't want to use my link that coll too, but it is a good tool however you get it.

Here is a good site submitter that is FREE and will submitt your site to 500 different directories and search engines. I'm not relying on just overseas traffic. The more search engines and directories your site is in the better. Here you go:
