Everything works you guys, but you have to follow the directions below in the .htaccess file.

Setup/functions.php. Is it or is it not encoded ?

your database for location and many more is missing/empty, and then make a solution rebuild database manually...

database clean it you need add location from admin section i dont think so some table is missing if you have problem with please let me know i will fix it
