You know, I just had a thought... copy.com has been fu3king up on me lately.
Since you say that you can still see this file but we can't, I wonder if your file not showing up is some kind of glitch on their part. Probably is.

I have noticed with copy.com after "saving" the folder will be there but no content. I then logout and log back in and presto there is the content. Works for me but your mileage may vary.
