The Warrior Diet: Switch on Your Biological Powerhouse For High Energy, Explosive Strength, and a Leaner, Harder Body
I've pretty much eaten this way most of my life. I'm slim/athletic build and I can pretty much eat anything I want and not gain any fat. I've had conversations with many people who have hung out and asked similar questions like: "how the hell do you eat all that food and not get fat!" Well, this is basically how. I've done it long before this Ori guy's book came out. I'm more into the follow what your body is telling you and my body naturally runs hot and in it's prime while following a lifestyle similar to what is described here. I rarely eat much during the day and have never been big on cardio and still have plenty of energy, healthy well being and mental focus.
Also, look into mushroom extracts and mushrooms in general. They really support your immune system and help keep your system in top shape. And stay away from processed fake crap food and eat good clean food. You'll be amazed what this does for your business and mindset.
