For the skeptics:
You can look at EFT in 2 ways
1. an energy healing method using meridian pressure points ...
or
2. A very practical therapy method to assist you in identifying what is REALLY bothering you behind the words you say. And of course once it is identified you can deal with it.
Either way, this can be a very powerful tool!!!

Faster EFT is not the same as EFT and there is a lot of emerging information about the guy who created the Faster EFT method that suggests it can be quite harmful. Use with caution I guess. EFT is an amazing modality that I have been using for a long time now and would highly recommend.
