post 36 didn't do it since I never installed any trial version of sparkol before.

this is what i do . i installed sparkol videoscribe → i crack it → i go in C:\Users\your profile name\AppData\Roaming and delete VideoScribeDesktop → i run the tool ( new files will created ) → after download end i close the connection and run the tool → i enter any email and any password ( not the one i was created in sparkol website ) and done the videoscribe work this is some pictures from my computer :



in second screenshot i can edit the quality of the scribe :



and finish the scribe was created and they ask me if i want to share it in youtube or dropbox :

yeah but you can convert it to mp4 or avi that is so simple.
