if you do what in post 11 and post 36 you can login with any email and any password without problem. me i use it before i post this thread and it work without problem. just do not update the program.

How I active my PM messages?

i finaly know how to enable receive pm from users : go in control panel → in the left click " Edit Options " → and check : "Receive private messages from other users"

and click "UPDATE OPTIONS" :)
