@Everyone asking for this: I didn't know that Ge.tt had removed my download link; some bullsh*t about a violation of use or terms. What-evah!
I was asked via PM by olaolaking to re-up this and I appreciate his (or her?) insight because I would never have known people were here asking for re-ups.
Folks! How is someone supposed to know you need something? By osmosis?!!! Send me a friggin' PM ... if I'm able to help you, I will. If not, I'll say so.
