Next I would look for "ALL" "PAY PER CALL" wso's...YOU MAY NOT WANT TO GO THIS ROUTE, however it will teach you about ranking videos and what it means to have this up and running BEFORE you contact someone. Finally, look for ALL plr videos/whiteboard videos that you can find here or any other site. Most are done by niche so it will be really easy to edit and move on from there. There also is a thread here that is related to Real Estate, and I found some real good stuff in them. You just have to look.Spot on! Nobody is going to buy unless they can "see" proof. If you can't sell a monthly re-occurring deal on a niche video,then counter back on a "pay per call" model. There are WSO's on both, so you are offering a hybrid model to the owners... and leaving options to you to make a sale.
