Review : I already tried the forumla ( without the website) and I have not got a single reply from all the real estate agents that i contacted. though the idea is good bt i doubt how much it works. till now none of the businessmen has replied to the email template

How many agents did you send emails to? You might want to try calling some of them up just for the education. Ask them if they got the emails and you're just wondering why they didn't respond. Ask them if they've decided having a video on their website has no value. Not to try to sell them, but to learn so you can adjust your pitch.
Marketing is like target shooting with a gun that has a misaligned scope. You have to shoot a few rounds and then examine the target. If the shots misssed the center but are all grouped in a similar spot, now all you have to do is adjust the scope and shoot a few more rounds. You keep that up until you've found what works.
