I remember Breakthrough selling for 900 bucks and that was for the re-issue. That was quit a few years ago. I don't know why Boardroom doesn't do another run of it.

Didn't download as I bought this off Amazon about 3 years ago for circa $80 - and still thought it was an absolute bargain. This is one of my top 3 business books of all time - I understand Jay Abraham read it 30 times cover to cover without stopping when he first got his copy. Probably an urban legend but believable as this book is THAT good. Highly recommended and don't believe its not relevant anymore because of the age. Skip all the WSOs on the planet and just learn every word of this book and you'll be better off.
