Apache Server at singertube.naruto-tv.info Port 80

I have installed this script on http://mp3.whateverfree.com/ and the site not display well because all folders have chmod at 0700 , I changed all them to 0755 and it's display well but the site didn't function well.

See the script is missing the .htaccess file. Please check my demo site and tell me how to get it working.

The script using mod_rewrite but there is no .htaccess file. That's the problem.
