In a nutshell:

"Step 1: You start with a Google search to identify a list of
prospects, say Dentists or Doctors in New York.

take their website to the first page of Google.

Step 3: You wait for a response, close the deal, and get paid
instantly. It cannot, and SHOULD NOT, be more difficult than
that.

Now, I know it almost sounds too easy. But believe it or not,
you can follow these 3 steps and nab yourself a few paying
customers within 24 hours.

Let’s say you send an email to 30 website owners in the next
hour, and 2 become your paying clients. That’s easily $300,
$400, $500 or more in profits you get paid to your Paypal
account."

However I have to say that was the biggest waste of 9 pages.:( The basic premise is to contact business owners and tell them you will get them to the first page of google. You will get anywhere from 200 - 1000 per client, easy peasy guys! If only it was this easy. No where does he detail how you will get these clients who are going to fill your paypal account with cash. Nor is there any details on how you will get these sites to number one. Of course SEO for business is great money, you just need another plan of action than this one.
