This offer is still available, and you might want to have a look at this to increase traffic to a site, for example WP Indexer gets Google to index your blog by pinging category pages, tag pages, author pages etc - As well as helping by adding internal links in the form of unindexed related posts (think of it like YARP but specifically for your unindexed posts)
