The plugins aren't designed for localhost, you can test it on a web server though if that helps.

I'm sorry you haven't felt BZ was for you - most of the updates recently have been behind the scenes, if it isn't working for you then you can cancel and have a look at jumping back in later (no issues with that)
WPSB doesn't get specific rankings really - it gets traffic around long-tails in the content, focused around your niche. So it's casting a larger net, rather than saying "I want to rank for 'nashville legal aid'".
The guys making money from this aren't the ones who throw it up on a new blog and expect riches. That's not been how it works since 2001.
You've got to put in the time to setup a quality site, then use WPSB to power some, or all of it.
I can't force anyone, but can ask a few people for their angles if you like.
There are also a bunch of case studies and videos outlining the ways to use WPSB, but we're way behind with a bunch of projects right now.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Cheers,
Sam
Is there any option to test only wp snowball ? I have several plugins for indexing, and maybe something like the snowball

You can get just WP Snowball with the blogger plan, but there's not an option for just a one blog version of WP Snowball at the moment.
Hoping to get this one soon...
But may I ask...
I know Blogzeus has monthly fees... While Snowball has one-time fee...
What's the difference?
I'm a beginner at this and I am interested in testing your plugin out. If I'm planning on making a brand new site and install both this plugins, how long until I can see results (money) from this?
Now this has my attention! I know work is involved, but comes success! I just might go ahead and purchase them.

Yep, if you're not using it on a domain you can change the licence to another.
I'm in Sandman. Thanks for the offer. What happens if I decide I want to upgrade and get more licenses afterwards?

You can upgrade at any point by paying the difference :)
