1.Run regedit


2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\downloadManag­er

3. Find name CheckUpdtVM and change volume to 0

4. Now ......... it gone forever

Go to
start menu -> Run (or hold windows key and R key)
in run box type regedit then press enter
in opened registery editor window click on
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> DownloadManager
in right side find CheckUpdtVM double click on it and change value to 0 and press ok
