HI brother i will tell you something dont think you will find something useful , extracting emails , it will never help you , try to build your own list using landing pages , things like that , or buy some opt in lists from trustful people , and if you are interested Pm me , have a good day .

There are lots of variables in the world, and if you can target people by email appropriately there's no reason not to. People are in business to do business, if you can find the email on their business website or queryable information .. then wtf? Give them the ability to opt out, don't spam them with viagra and fleshlight offers... lol you get the point.

I personally wouldn't spam them with anything that doesn't have my address as per can spam or whatever it requires but that's me. If I felt good enough about it that i would do that, yeah no regrets spam away.
