sendit.cloud Issue

Recently sendit.cloud emailed me to say I need to download or tranfere my file to another service.

I have logged in but get timed out trying to download even a single pdf.

Emailed sendit.cloud numerous times and been ignored every time.

Less than a week until they delete my files.

I guess they are playing a waiting game in hopes I go premium. I will not.

Any suggestions on how I can get in touch and force them, (legally), to give me access to my files?

Any and all hellp appreciated.
