possible viruses

I found 9 ' issues ' on one of my lap tops yesterday, which seem to all come from stuff downloaded.

Does anyone know anything about these , are they severe as Avast shows or false positives ?

1.) Although all Keygen and pacther are flagged as Virus threat by any antivirus..........
2.) /Obfuscated.F application deleted ::::::: Suggest that php script is protected with some kind encryption but not a virus for sure

If still you are afraid then Use sandboxie for windows for pre protection.......
