i'm now looking for the Online tutoring script in which teacher and students can teach/learn driectly via skype or whiteboard or script like live support.
and admin can view chat log

Why not set up a wordpress site and use a chat script, there are plenty of free ones in the wordpress repository where you can view the chat history. Or use something like realtime board?

It is easy enough to do, you will need a domain name and somewhere to host your site etc, then install wordpress and plugins etc. If you have a good plan of what you are wanting to teach beforehand, and what you want the learners to achieve then that helps in knowing how to set up the platform on which to serve your course.
