well well, there is noting as harassing as SEO but it worth it

here are the basics steps

#1 - Keyword research
#2 - competition analysis
#3 - OnPage Optimization
#4 - OffPage optimization
#5 - Keep an eye wide open on Google ZOO (Panda, Penguin, hummingbird ..)

my 2 cents KISS (keep it stupid simple)
Take just one good course for every step and implement

Why don't you check the FREEBIES SECTION, there are lots of tutorials about SEO over there. Then, visit UDEMY SECTION there are lots of courses about SEO.

Not OP but similar situation... I know enough about SEO that the courses I've seen on Udemy were nothing new. I just need to learn GSA and automated linkbuilding tactics for 2015 in particular.

Any tips? I'll head over to the Freebie section now anyways...
