i got the scrap box crack guys..

I have got the scrap box crap and it is about 3.3gb in size as it contains VMWARE in it. The instructions to install it says

steps:
1.Make a cup of coffee...
2.Extract the archive using the latest version of winrar

3.Run VMWare / Open /=location of file= / click I MOVED IT Button / Yes.

If have any problem, repeat step 2,3

:::Note:::
No admin pass (just press enter to login)
- Use Suspend When close VMWare.
- Do Not Update anything including the VM itself.(or it stops working!)-WARNING!!!

i want to know how to use it
1. when i extract the file it becomes around 10gb in size.
2.i donot know how to open VmWARE software.
as the is an icon with the extension of ".vmdk" and this is about 9gb in size and when i double click on it, it gives the open to use internet to open it. I donot know how to make it work.
Kindly guide me plz as i am a newcomer. and i have no friends to guide me too.

Did you install VMWare as well as .NET framework 4?
I my guess is correct then it is a rip from CST site and unless you get the new loader, it would not work.
