how to install
you most create 2 database example : edir_main and edir_domain
go to http://www.domain.com/setup

if you want install this script in folder not root you most open conf/loadconfig.inc.php
and change
if (!defined("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER")) define("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER", "");
to

if (!defined("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER")) define("EDIRECTORY_FOLDER", "/your folder name");

your folder name means..... which folder is entered replace ur foolder name....

Don't worry about the safe_mode message.

The domain.inc file is dynamic and will update once you have installed.

If you have installed to a subdomain (i.e dir.yourdomain.com) you need only change the references to edir2/. These changes should be made in the .htaccess and conf/loadconfig.inc.php files.

For all those having problems installing eDirectory.
I can fix all these problems in exchange for eDirectory 10.3.
I made all versions of eDir working since version 7 through 10b.
Quaidi requested huge bucks for his vrsion, which I'm not going to favor him.
So if you have 10.3 and experience troubles setting it up, i can help you out in exchange for the script itself,
