convert junk traffic to keyword targeted traffic

some people are selling keyword targeted traffic from google on fiverr.
actually what happens in that they send traffic through a link like http://www.google.com?=keyword..... etc that redirects to our site


how can i get these links ? and how to make referral links of fb , twitter , tumblr ??

i want learn about those technic... sometimes i use some code to inject into google... this stuff.. i use tamper data and i wrote on google like this :

"your keyword here" inurl:www.yourwebsite.com and i search.. on the results i use tamper data plugin to send some query to my website.. and its work

I too tried with Jingling to Get Keyword targeted Traffic,but no success.

I tried url at the top, like for the kw "bestblackhatforum"

Used referal link as

https://www.google.co.in/webhp?sourceid=...ckhatforum

It'll will be very helpful if someone tell how to do this...
