I have tried all I can to work with this service but everytime I attempt to put up a site - even a skinny site, this is what I see the very next day:

This site can’t be reached xxxxxx.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

The most amazing thing is that even their own site shows the same thing. It is incredibly tiring to keep trying. I bought 2 reseller accounts to gain from hosting on 2 seperate IPs. But sites on both accounts show the same characteristics.

How am I sure it is from their servers?

I have 2 more resellers accounts that I have used for years and as an experiment, I built the same type/size of site on them at the same time. Those ones work beautifully and speedily, while x3host ones keep having these problems.

You guys really need to clean up your act. I don't care how "good" some people here think your service is; I have tested it in every possible way and I can confirm without mincing words that your service has a lot to improve upon. If this is how I have hosted my sites all along, by now I would be out of business for sure.

Bottom line? I have kissed the money I paid for their 2 accounts goodbye. I am done trying. And for the folks at x3host, enjoy the money guys.

Are you sure you have issues with our services ?

I can see the issues you have is with the DNS

you can ask our staff to give you another nameservers to point them with your domain provider or let us check this for you.

Our servers doesn't have any downtime since along time.

If it is just DNS as you suggest, how come this "DNS" happens only with your service and not with the others? How come your own site had the same issues?
