Here is the additional review from me.
For almost 1 year experience, x3host is a 3.5-star hosting provider. They have room to improve, of course.

You need to be patient once you opened a ticket. We cannot compare them vs other larger hosting providers like Hostgator, Ramnode, Digitalocean, Sitepoint and some sorts like that.

Still the PHP selector not enabled

Php selector is exist inside a new feature released from cpanel call " Multi php manager "

It's exist under every cpanel account on the server.
