I can see our staff updated the ticket but you didn't answered the ticket since 3 days

Hi...Michael just replied to my ticket after my site was suspended for the past 3 days.
I send a ticket more than 10 hours ago and Michael just replied to it....For your info...

We don't have a pending tickets right now,

Some of our clients need an answer at the same time ( Every time they submit a ticket )

Our support staff is busy sometimes with answering other clients tickets or fixing issues, and this may takes a time to answer their own tickets.

Anyway , We are doing our best answering the urgent tickets, and we are doing our best all the time inside our support tickets to answer all client's fast without any delay.
