Hi...Michael just replied to my ticket after my site was suspended for the past 3 days.
I send a ticket more than 10 hours ago and Michael just replied to it....For your info...

I had been saying this for a very long time.
To improve the hosting support, kindly make a forum for better communication.
If you confident with your support, make one asap :)

We don't have a pending tickets right now,

Some of our clients need an answer at the same time ( Every time they submit a ticket )

Our support staff is busy sometimes with answering other clients tickets or fixing issues, and this may takes a time to answer their own tickets.

Anyway , We are doing our best answering the urgent tickets, and we are doing our best all the time inside our support tickets to answer all client's fast without any delay.

Please check, " Why your websites in the top of the existed websites that eats cpu so fast "

You should look into this and updates with our staff for a solution .

Can you tell us the difference in between:
websites that eat up CPU fast vs unlimited bandwidth?
I am a little confused...
