You need to check the annually option when you try to purchase it with annually purchases.

I bought the reseller panel around 2 months ago.

1. Firstly, it allows you to create 20 cpanels in total. 1 is permanent which is yours and extra 19 panels but at the cost of 25$. So simply, cost is nothing if compared.
2. I had a bad experiene initially as the server crashed alot. But everytime I raised a ticket, they worked upon it. Had this going on for a month unless I was finally fed up. But they didn't backout and offered me a change in server which was fine for me.
3. It once again took them a week to completely prepare my hosting service including private name server and everything.
   

So at the end, I have a reseller hosting, allowing everything unlimited at the cost of 25$. THIS IS SUPER AMAZING!
[PS: The servers do not get down at all now. The support is really good and helpful. Must try if you are looking for hosting services.]

The private name server has a pro and con :)
1.If the host provider(I am not referring to X3host) suspended your main domain of which you used for private name server, all your domains and your clients will go down to the drain.
2.if you're using the host provider name server, if your main domain suspended, all the domains are still in the running.

So, be wise of your chosen unless you know what you're going.
