We are facing high volume of orders , That's why you will find a delay on answering the tickets!

Any way all the tickets, Orders now has been proceed ..

my sites are down.

there's endless problems with this service.
You can use as training / playground but don't use this to run your business.
Test scripts / develop your sites here but you can't rely on this to run business.

I was about to switch on paid advertising (google adsense and bing ads) but luckily
noticed that my sites were down.
Almost lost money on paid ads by this downtime.

My other reseller hosting account is almost 4 years old and never had any downtime longer than an hour.

this is not reliable service.

I suppose you get what you pay for.
Cheap price = low quality service.

I will keep using this to test scripts / develop other sites, but can't use for business purposes.
