Some is only good for a while, then fails...
Some is not so good at all.

Only way to know is to get it and test it, that is what I've always done and it works for me.

Right now my domain at this provider is up and fine.
It does have some down times now and then.

Seems like some of their locations have more trouble than others, and some of the delays may be due to differing time zones as well.

I am in the US and have used 2 very nicely priced providers from foreign countries for years already.
They do respond to tickets and emails - but usually in the wee hours of the morning here.
Maybe this provider is also in some distant TZ ??

I have tested the themes I downloaded from the premium area of x3host, thanks.
I tested the themes on a cheap dedicated server(not from x3host), be given 24hrs to test.
The dedicated server performs really well unlike thousands domain on the shared hosting.

I get your point Madabest.
This is why one must not depend upon untested hosting and always keep backups as well as being able to re-map domains to backup hosting quickly.

Hopefully you know how to accomplish these things and will get back on your feet quickly.

I agree with smithnowt.
I also always backup all my data on a server including other service providers.
Because mostly, run the business on WordPress, with the free backup plugin at BBHF, easy to do it.
In addition, always inform the clients to do the same because one can expect stability, reliability, overselling from a cheap hosting.
