Out of my curiosity, I would like to know what are your support trying to do?

At first, the DNS is being modified, then, I couldn't connect to master domain.


Then, your repointing the DNS back to normal, at this time I received

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@ to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

A few minutes later, the site back to normal.


My asking is, why change here and change there?
Can it be changed once for all?

same question here, I couldn't access whm and cpanel getting internal 500 error and still existing issue with plugins for master reseller account. just fix everything once and for all please..

Also We have sent you the nameservers within the Welcome mail services, You have to use it and not to use other nameservers.

Please follow the instructions from the emails we sent!

Our support staff hasn't done anything ,, The server configuration is right..

Also i ask you to submit a ticket if you want any help ... i think BBHF is not the right place for seeking help but any way you're most welcome .

The Multiple Name Servers is not an issue at all, Cpanel/WHM can generate thousands of nameservers for many clients and this is not an issue at all and won't affect your websites. You have to set the nameservers we sent it to you through The welcome mail and not to change it for anything else just what we sent it to you,

Another one thing the 500 error is already not coming from the Nameservers, Also if you can't login to the cpanel then submit a ticket and request a new password, Or you can change the password directly from Our Client Area.

If you still not upgraded please submit a ticket to our staff and everything should work fine for you.
