I just bought a domain and hosting. Facing too many issues. Not able to even create a ticket. It logs out all the time and we need to reloginin with no use.

Even to install a simple wordpress through the service has been difficult.

I can install wordpress with one click using " Softaculous ' APP.

For logging out from cpanel and clientarea make sure you have a static ip with your local network not a dynamic IP..

I am able to login. I am login into your cpanel and the webmaster which gets "constantly logged out". I am not able to install wordpress too because it logs out. No! Not able to raise a ticket too because after I edit details of the ticket and click on submit, it logs out.

Can I have a refund instead?
