I don't mind you suspending my services as I had only one month to review your new services. So here is the review:
The reason I didn't make payment is that I asked for Gzip to be fixed and Michael said he will look into it and he never did. If you can't handle the fix then just say so or make an excuse or something. So it never got fixed.
Also instead of me writing here, I tried to login into the ticket area of your website and it's down too.
On my website, it does not even show that it's suspended. It says:
mywebsite.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
Search Google for crazy sports video
ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
I don't want to ruin your BSO but this is what happened and that was holding me back to purchase again.

Sorry.. but everything is not fine..
Please make sure you've test everything before making such statements..

And it's not a 5 minute reboot..
Never ever assume a reboot will take 5 minutes..
I've experienced many a time when a so called "5 minute" reboot ends up into hours even days..

One more thing.. did you inform your hosting clients about this reboot?

At the moment, All my sites are responding with a 500 Error.
Even your whmcs client area is responding with the same error.
Php is probably not running..

Which is why I'm posting this here..

Please fix ASAP.. this post is many hours after your post.. and my sites are still down..

If can, please state which types of hosting you are in?
Like hosting/reseller/vps/dedicated server.

Let say, I am with a reseller, it is a bit confusing to me when I read things are related to Windows VPS and so on. Therefore, a review on Windows VPS did not affect my stick with the hosting(Normal user not a reseller).

Check your websites and WHM if you have one. If the server is down, Your sites are down too. If you have CloudFlare or something it will keep your cached sites alive but you can't manage it.
