My site is down again, i thought you guys fixed it. i am getting tired of this BS, I getting tired of putting tickets in and PM YOU TO FIX THINGS and don't blame it on me using high cpu i am only using cronjob. And if that is a problem and my customers using cronjob as well are their sites going to be suspended as well? in that case why the hell do you have a reseller program if your server can't handle it. Get it together men. Giving you one more shot to get it right

We are going to move all clients websites hosted with one of our servers in the Phoenix Location to another Server To fix all issues with the down time, We apologize for any mistakes and issues happened with shared hosting. This migration will start in just 2hours.

There seems to be an awful lot of maintenance going on in Phoenix. You know, considering how good your Phoenix server is and how it never goes down and the fact that you never do any maintenance on it.

I have hosting here and never used it as I just never had the feeling this was going to be any good.

I feel sorry for those who are using this hosting and having all the issues.

Enough is enough, more downtime than up, so have started the mammoth task of migrating everything.

This time they start suspending the hosting without any reason.

More than 4-5 hours passed after ticket but still there is no reply from them.

Now they will ask that oh.... your server is working fine right now. We have 100% up time ....bla bla bla
In fact they are true spammer

Here is my 100% True Review

I signed up few days ago and i received instant activation.
i opened my first case and the replies were coming though it do take a little time longer. i gave them access to my 5 websites details. 4 of the websites were under x3 cpanel while one was in webuzo free cpanel. i know it was not easy to move all the websites in a day, so i took my time and endurance.

at a time i wanted to quit and ask for refund because of time consuming and delay in replying to my tickets.

in short, everything, i mean everything got resolved yesterday, but i have to sleep and wake to make sure everything is still in order. YES THEY ARE ALL WORKING NOW ALL THE WEBSITES

My only advice to them is speed up with Support replies

About their offer, it is incredible and i never believe till now.

all i can say is THANK YOU and PLEASE KEEP TO YOUR SERVICE
THEIR SERVERS ARE VERY FAST
Just Improve your support fast replies and you win everyone

your hosting is pure GARBAGE never use this again. sites always down, issues, slow slow support,and to top it off someone hacked cpanel and through up a hacked by __________ page on all my sites im done
