the main server that you are hosted on it ( Doesn't have any downtime also our own websites are running inside a container from the same node you have a VPS Server with it ).

Monitor services will have a downtime because of the control panel you have is not working properly this is the reason of the downtime and not related to the downtime we have since 2 days for only 1 hour because of the log file size, and all fixed now.

Hope this explains what is going on with your linux vps server.

Also I think submitting a ticket will be great if you need a professional services from our staff, I'm sure the downtime is coming from your vps itself because of your control panel.

There is no benefit of submitting ticket to you. In ticket area you replay after 48 hours and u say that I am online on skype.

On skype you say Skype is not for business.
