I am concerned - I emailed you off your webssite with my concerns outlined almost a week ago and have not heard a reply - not at all what I excpected with all the reviews claiming quick support response times. How can I be chasing you at an in bound sales level and feel confident I wont find myself in the same situation I am in with my current provider...?????? I just did a multiple double-take to come here and see that they REALLY are still here.

Never in my LONG years of IM have I seen a more horrible hosting service and I can assure you that I have been around the block so many times in my search for a host that combines reasonable cost with fair standards.

But these people...! You will be lucky if they respond to your mails, not to talk of keeping your site up.

They spend more time defending their service than they spend actually rendering that service.

Well, if after all our tears the admin still allows them to peddle their rubbish here, then so be it.
