d*** looks like this thread is still going. i had purchased a servie a LONG time ago and it turned out to be the shitties service ever. the mods had to get involved and the thread died and then came back to life a year later and people still F****** buy this stuff? unbelievable!

i am not going to research if all the bad reviews are deleted. i am just surprised people are buying this when there are so many better options out there

1) UNLINKE OTHER cPANEL there is NO OPTION to Create a FTP Account when doing an 'Addon Domain' ... So what is the http://ftp.xxxxx.com [Port No.] / Username and Password for FILEZILLA to login?

This is verry confusing, i've spent over 24hrs trying evrything.... I can use File Manager, but as you know IT SUX when your SCRIPTS have Dozens on Folders and Files multi-levels deep matey...

CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE GIVE ME INSTRUXTIONS VIA PM ... eg... my Domain: NFOPIC.com ..... ie. jaycamr_ is my DB start etc... so i'm not sure if thats my username jaycamer@nfopic.com (but where does my FTP password come from).... see you get my drift if you've used cPanel with the FTP being a single BUTTON once you 'Addon Domain'////

Better options such as .....? honestly, i'm also afraid there's going to be little or no support. If they offer migration service from namecheap, i would love to give it a try but still undecided....seen so many of this ridiculous offers that turned out to be crap...I also wonder why no trace of "SSD" anything on the site's knowledgebase but has a link right here that says otherwise. I'm not quite sure why there isn't anything on that keyword. Quite strange.

Pls, do you migrate form other host (Namecheap) ? If this can be done without issues then, i might give it a try. it's just a simple blog site. I don't have the time to start reading documents and sh*t. Also does the discount link still apply, is it a life time discount or just the first yr...like most.? This is my only worry....Thanks
