I see you are answering questions in here but neglecting the ticket I have still open for two days now..

You want us to stick to the tickets for problem.. but you are not responding to tickets.. So.. I have no choice but to come in here and tell you about this..

I have not been able to get into my cPanel for days now.. It's saying

"Invalid License File. Version may have changed without running cpkeyclt.
To access the interface, you must install the license and ensure that the license is active."

From just a Warning saying that my cPanel is on a trial license back in December, until today.. I guess the trial license has expired and you have not renewed..

The last response I received was on January 25th saying
"It should be OK Soon"

I guess your "SOON" is probably like in weeks perhaps? It's about 6 days already..

Yes.. recommended for websites that is not production level..
Where it's ok if you can't get into cPanel for days or weeks.
Where it's ok if your tickets are not responded to for a few days or so.

One good thing though.. since January 8th, my sites have 100% uptime according to uptime robot.. and I'm using keyword monitoring..

Here's hoping to get my cPanel woes resolved "SOON".

I was about to sign up. Maybe I should give it a bit more time. Sure seems to me to be a lot of issues with this hosting. I've had ONE issue in 14-15 years with my current host and it was responded to within 20 minutes and taken care of in 30 minutes. Maybe the low price is not worth it.

Just tried to order Reseller account. Before I put code in, it said $22.99 per month. After I put code in, it STILL showed $22.99.

Removed from cart immediately.

You need to choose " Annually " term first then try to put the coupon code then you will get the full discount ,
