i just ordered hosting account? can i upgrade this to reseller please? also i want to install whmcs pls how can i do it.

i have been having issues trying to login into my reseller account. i cant login. i have written ur support over 4 days now, no response. i have pm u here for over 2 days now, no response.

what is going on? are u no longer in service? what kind of poor customer service is this?

pls check ur pm and resolve my issues asap as my customers are waiting.
