I know you send an email. And that was just one or two. But what about the Gzip problem you never solved? Don't avoid the problem. I guess other members can tell here that it is still a problem. I have 10 more hosting companies and Gzip is a problem for most of them except for GoDaddy and Namecheap. They tend to manage it somehow.

It looks like they are trying to solve something on the main server x3host.
Temporary, you cannot login to cPanel/WHM for your master domain name but can if via IP address.
The strange thing is the domain created from second cPanel account is working?

Another is, we can select PHP version? I have not tried yet for the latest version.

The server ram need to be replaced it's urgent alert from our DC. And here is the answer we received from them. We apologize for any mistakes. It's Urgent.

All of other 6 locations is working great except the Phoenix ,AZ location.

here is the update from our DC. We really apologize about that but with the failure cases we can't do anything.. and it's happen any where.

Here's the thing..

Please do inform your clients about any "REBOOT" in the future.. no matter how important it is or how quick you "ASSUME" it would be... a "one minute" reboot can always end up to be a 3 days disaster recovery job.. especially with hardware based solutions..

We all understand that if the server needs to be rebooted, then it needs to be rebooted... but give us a chance to prepare for it and make necessary announcements to our clients... as such, it becomes a scheduled downtime..

I was about to update but you did it so fast

Our server is working since along time , Thanks all for your patience , The DC technician has replaced the RAM now and everything is working fine. This is the first time to our Phoenix ,AZ maintenance with the hardware.

I can see now the Phoenix , AZ location is working so fast than before beside the other 6 locations.

If anyone have any questions please let me know and i'll be glad to assist further...
