Do you guys really give a free domain?
It's been 15 hours now but the domain that I registered in your site is still available to buy in another domain name provider. The support replied after 4 hours of waiting and this is his answer to me Quote:Hi ****, Then after 5 hours of waiting for the result of his work. I rechecked if the support at least registered the domain already. But to my surprise it is still on sale on different domain providers. Does that support dude joking me? |

What we have done today?
We have replaced all blacklisted IP's with cleaned IP's so our clients can send directly to inbox. ( If the message not reached to the inbox folder ) make sure that the gmail filter is count your domain name as spam.!! It's important to read about this, you can google it. We have Answered all of our clients tickets, No pending tickets. All orders has an instant activation . Also we checked all activated orders manually and all is ok. The Uptime today was not great because of the conflict with changing the ip, and the new ip's affected with more down time on many locations but now we managed to fix it immediately with opening the UDP port . We have added yesterday many VPS's packages because of the BBHF members requests. Hi I am requesting for a refund you just wasted my time and energy waiting for the domain to be registered so that my site will be up.
FreeBlackHat sent me a pm few hours ago after I posted to this thread asking what is the domain name. I thought he will help me with the domain issue. But he is also the same with the support on his site. The joke support is replying to the ticket but is not fixing the issue of the user. |

I asked you if the Whois privacy was included when buying a domain name...AND...when renewing the domain name each year?
You said that it is included when buying and renewing. Now I am seeing that it actually costs $3.99 I am confused regarding your pricing policy? Please explain. |

Still not able to connect to your services and my sites...
And I've tested all sites from multiple locations.. even using services like siterelic.com, google pagespeed, gtmetrix, pingdom, and from other countries (malaysia, usa, singapore, germany, hong kong, romania, etc) as well.. using multiple devices too.. none can connect to any of my sites, x3host.com and manage.x3host.com.. Can't even get into your ticketing system.. How can you say it's fixed? Please advise..  |
