Will my new site have problem with many backlinks?
can someone please help me with answer to the above question, I have a new website and i am thinking of giving it as many backlink as possible from high page rank website, will this have any effect on my site? if yes how best can i do0 this thanks

Backlinking has to appear as natural as you can make it. If it is a brand new site and in 2 days you suddenly have thousands of sites, you'll get the site sandboxed.
If you are just doing a churn and burn site, then blast away. You do want the links to be niche relevent, good quality and carry weight to them.

Don't do that. 10 backlink that relevant and non spammy anchor link is better than hundred spammy backlink.

Like Les Chiens said, pace yourself don't give yourself tons of backlinks when you've only been around for a few days, do it at an easy pace.
