Backlinking has to appear as natural as you can make it. If it is a brand new site and in 2 days you suddenly have thousands of sites, you'll get the site sandboxed.
If you are just doing a churn and burn site, then blast away.
You do want the links to be niche relevent, good quality and carry weight to them.
Don't do that. 10 backlink that relevant and non spammy anchor link is better than hundred spammy backlink.
Like Les Chiens said, pace yourself don't give yourself tons of backlinks when you've only been around for a few days, do it at an easy pace.
